Orders take up to three days to process and will be immediately shipped after.
Art prints will always be shipped either in a rigid mailer or a bubble mailer with a backing for stability. Stickers can either be shipped in an envelope (see sticker mail), bubble mailer or rigid mailers depending on shipping choice and quantity and materials in order. Other products in the shop will be shipped in a box or bubble mailer.
All digital downloads will be sent to your email upon purchasing. If ever there is a problem with opening your digital download, please email me immediately: help@createopotatoe.com
Please wait until you see that you Order Has Been Fulfilled to look for a tracking number. Tracking numbers are sent upon complete order fulfillment. You can also check your Customer Account that will have your order and all other info. Every customer receives one upon purchasing products.
"Shipping Label Has Been Printed" does not mean your order has been shipped out. It just means your shipping label has been printed.
