Unfortunately, I do not do returns. However, if something is wrong with your order, please get in touch with me immediately so we can rectify the situation or see if a refund can be applied! I will always try to send out another package if possible! Please contact me within 24-48 hours if you notice something amiss with your order and/or package. Email: help@createopotatoe.com

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Refunds will NOT be issued for any Create-O Potatoe digital downloads after the file has been emailed successfully. If there is an issue with your download, contact me immediately at: help@createopotatoe.com

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Refunds are applicable if customer reaches out about issues as soon as possible and depending on the situation of the package. Please get in touch with us immediately for any issues within 24- 48hrs of product(s) shipment.
